The SOGES, operates in the market providing repair services and Cold Systems Maintenance, Household Cleaning, Miscellaneous Equipment Supply, Port Services and Construction, implements a management integrated into the system in Quality, Health, Safety and Environment ( QSA) that seeks the continuous improvement of its services, customer satisfaction, the safeguarding of the physical and moral integrity of its employees and environmental protection.

Integrated Quality , Safety Policy and Environment

The Safety Policy of Soges, Lda. , Aims to achieve a high standard of safety, hygiene and health at work, in view of the risks inherent to the production process, with a view to minimizing the risk of accidents at work and occupational diseases of employees, customers, service providers and other interested parties.

Soges, aware of its surroundings, believes that a safe work environment can only be achieved by involving all workers in the effort to continuously improve safety, hygiene and health in the workplace.

Commits to:

The)   Establish, implement, maintain and continuously improve the integrated QSA management system in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 45001: 2018 and ISO 14001: 2015;

b) Satisfy the needs / expectations of customers and other relevant stakeholders through the provision of services that meet their requirements;

c) Comply with legal, regulatory / compliance obligations and other applicable requirements;

d) Promote the personal and professional development of all employees, training and motivating the performance of activities with efficiency, creativity and respect for quality, health, safety and environment standards;

e) Promote environmental protection in all processes by encouraging the rational use of resources and preventing pollution;

f) To guarantee a healthy and safe environment for the operationalization of processes, implementing actions to reduce or eliminate hazards and risks that may affect the health and safety of employees;

h) Promote consultation, participation and involvement of employees in issues related to quality, health and safety and the environment;
